CHATEAU LANGOIRAN ODYSSEA, Cadillac-côtes-de-bordeaux, 2022
Appellation :Cadillac-côtes-de-bordeaux
Vintage : 2022
Guide's Remarks : An original winemaking approach in Bordeaux (whole-cluster fermentation) followed by extended barrel aging (16 months): a combination that hits the mark! Powerful and deep, the nose is bursting with black fruits, paprika, and sweet spices. The palate follows suit: broad, smooth, aromatic, luxuriously silky, and wrapped in perfectly velvety tannins. The long, fruity and chocolatey finish seals the impression. Stunning and irresistibly juicy.
CHATEAU LANGOIRAN, Cadillac-côtes-de-bordeaux, 2023
Appellation : Cadillac-côtes-de-bordeaux
Guide's Remarks :A 2023 with sapid and approachable character, featuring flavors of roasted black fruits. Full-bodied, fleshy, and fresh, supported by fine yet firm tannins. Enjoy it now with lightly seared fatty meat, or let it rest in the cellar for a while.
CHATEAU CAYLA, Cadillac-côtes-de-bordeaux, 2023

CHATEAU DE PIC, Cadillac-côtes-de-bordeaux, 2022
Guide's Remarks : Fermented with whole clusters and aged in barrels (partially new), this is a well-born Cabernet Sauvignon with excellent aging potential. Fruity (black fruits), mentholated, and generously vanilla-scented, it is powerful, fleshy, and firmly structured on a backbone of very supple tannins. Still under the influence of oak, it will develop gracefully.
CHATEAU DE LESTIAC Cuvée Prestige, Cadillac-côtes-de-bordeaux, 2023
Guide's Remarks :Reserved at first, the nose gradually opens with aeration: fresh black fruits, resin, and spices. The fruit becomes noticeably more pronounced on the palate, enlivening a fleshy, lively texture framed by still firm but rounded tannins. Very convincing and well-structured, it simply needs a little time.

Unpretentious and fruit-forward, it’s a delight in its youth, for example paired with a herb-seasoned tournedos.
